Atlus will have playable Persona 4 Revival demo builds at Tokyo Game Show 2026
Atlus has revealed that they will primarily feature playable demo builds of Persona 4 Revival at their area in the Sega-Atlus booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The upcoming Persona 4 remake is expected to be Atlus' main highlight at the event, just like how Sega is going all-in on Stranger Than Heaven.
This P4R demo build will have two playable modes, both of which last around 15 minutes each. The first one will be story-oriented and let players check out the starting segments of the storyline. The second one will have a focus on dungeon exploration inside Yukiko's castle dungeon.
Those who have finished playing this demo will be able to get a set of Atlus-themed freebies while stocks last. The set will consist of a 300ml water bottle packaged with the P4R protagonist's illustration, a bottle holder with a P4R logo on the strap, and a set of stickers featuring P4R and Metaphor: ReFantazio characters.
As a side note, Atlus also revealed in the same press release that their TGS 2026 booth will also have a zone dedicated for promoting the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 port of Metaphor: ReFantazio. The studio is holding a fun survey until September 4 on whether the real public supports Louis or not.
The zone will also have a sword-play attraction where visitors must literally swing the sword to emulate the game's battle system. However, Atlus also added a fine print that the actual Switch 2 port of Metaphor will not really feature Joy-Con motion controls.
