Remedy Entertainment shares Take Control trailer Control Resonant during PC Gaming Show

During the PC Gaming Show stream event, Remedy Entertainment shared a Take Control trailer for Control Resonant, showcasing gameplay sequences from the upcoming action RPG. The trailer follows both the Paranatural Manhattan Trailer shared at the Summer Game Fest main stage, as well as the Story Trailer shared during the PlayStation State of Play presentation last week.

After the PC Gaming Show, an interview with Creative Director Mikael Kasurinen, Art Director Elmeri Raitanen, and Lead Level Designer Anne-Marie Grönroos was posted on the PC Gamer YouTube channel, which we've also included below.

Today during the PC Gaming Show, Remedy Entertainment unveiled a new Take Control trailer for Control Resonant, the highly anticipated sequel to Remedy’s critically acclaimed, multi-award-winning Control. The new trailer offers another glimpse into the game's paranaturally transformed Manhattan, highlighting several of the city's diverse locations, fast-paced combat, supernatural abilities, and encounters with the otherworldly threats reshaping reality. 

Control Resonant will launch worldwide on September 24, 2026. Pre-orders for both digital and physical editions are now open for PC via Steam, and Epic Games Store. Standard Editions of the game will be €59.99 / £49.99 / $59.99 (regional pricing may vary). Control Resonant will be published by Remedy Entertainment. Annapurna Pictures is co-financing and co-producing the game as part of a strategic partnership with Remedy Entertainment.    

Also available today following its debut during the PC Gaming Show is an exclusive Control Resonant mini-documentary featuring Creative Director Mikael Kasurinen, Art Director Elmeri Raitanen, and Lead Level Designer Anne-Marie Grönroos. The team offers a behind-the-scenes look at Control Resonant’s paranaturally transformed Manhattan, discussing how the game expands beyond the confines of the Oldest House, introduces gravity-defying traversal and exploration, and combines melee combat, supernatural abilities, and reactive environments to create a dynamic action-RPG sandbox. 

Control  Resonant will launch with full support for the latest NVIDIA RTX technologies, delivering cutting-edge visual fidelity powered by DLSS 4.5 and path-traced rendering.  

Control Resonant takes image quality and immersion to the next level with path-traced effects and RTX Mega Geometry, enhanced by DLSS Ray Reconstruction, and accelerated by DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation. 

As part of Remedy’s efforts to bring Control Resonant worldwide, the game will be the most localized Remedy game to date. Control Resonant will feature full audio, interface, and subtitles in English, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish (Spain). Additional interface and subtitle support will be available in Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish (Latin America), Traditional Chinese, Turkish, and Ukrainian. 

Control Resonant will also launch with support for GeForce NOW. The Mac version via Steam and the App Store will follow later this year.
