RPG Maker U2U revealed as the title of the software series' latest entry
Gotcha Gotcha Games has formally revealed RPG Maker U2U. This is the official title for the new project entry that the company had previously teased two months ago in March.
The HD-2D-esque graphical presentation system has also been formally named Perspective 2D (P2D). The software will launch with over 100 maps compatible with the new system.
The company has yet to confirm which platforms this new PC software will be available on. However, they have confirmed that this is using the Unity engine (just like the preceding RPG Maker Unite), and that assets from earlier RPG Maker entries will also be compatible here.
You can find the official trailer and descriptions for RPG Maker U2U right below. Gotcha Gotcha Games will also set up a demo build of the P2D Map Editor at BitSummit PUNCH in Kyoto's Miyako Messe on May 22-24.
