Echoes of Aincrad Ultimate Edition exclusive Sword Art Online Unanswered//butterfly anime teaser released

Bandai Namco has shared a new teaser for the special Unanswered//butterfly Sword Art Online anime included in the Echoes of Aincrad Ultimate Edition.

Echoes of Aincrad is set to release on July 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam). The special anime teaser and more can be found below via Bandai Namco Entertainment. The official website is here.

Watch the new teaser for Unanswered//butterfly, a SWORD ART ONLINE special anime, which fans can exclusively access by pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition of Echoes of Aincrad or purchasing it at release. 

The special anime delves into the virtual lives of players of Sword Art Online, the world’s first VR MMORPG, from their first discovery of a promising world to their fight for survival in a game where death in the game means death in real life. When every fight is the ultimate risk to reality, each player is looking out for themselves. Fans can experience this adventure for themselves when Echoes of Aincrad launches on July 10 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
