Control Resonant Developer Diary goes over Remedy's twisted version of Manhattan

Remedy Entertainment has shared a new Control Resonant developer diary going over the game's new twisted version of Manhattan.

This is the third developer diary released for the game. If you missed it, Control Resonant was confirmed to feature full support for the newest Nvidia RTX technlogies including RTX Mega Geometry, Ray Reconstruction, DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, and more. Control Resonant launches this year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (SteamEpic Games Store).

You can find the new Control Resonant developer diary with the two prior ones and more details from Remedy below:

Today during a special event at gamescom Latin America, Remedy Entertainment, Creative Director Mikael Kasurinen unveiled a brand-new developer diary along with new details for CONTROL Resonant, the highly-anticipated sequel to Remedy’s critically acclaimed, multi-award-winning CONTROL. The new developer diary video reveals more of CONTROL Resonant’s twisted version of Manhattan. Go behind the scenes with the development team and learn how they created a world outside of the confines of the Oldest House.

“What the Oldest House is to a boring office building, the Manhattan of CONTROL Resonant is to a regular city. For years, the players, developers and Dylan alike have been staring at the brutalist concrete walls of the Oldest House - it’s time to get some fresh air,” said Elmeri Raitanen, Art Director of CONTROL Resonant.

“The world of CONTROL Resonant is filled with paranatural action that takes place in an expansive, reality-warping playground of choice, power, and consequence," said Mikael Kasurinen, Creative Director of CONTROL Resonant. “We are thrilled to be at gamescom LatAm and bring this latest update to our fans in Brazil and around the world.”

CONTROL Resonant will be published by Remedy Entertainment. Annapurna Pictures are co-financing and co-producing the game as part of a strategic partnership with Remedy Entertainment. CONTROL Resonant is scheduled to be released in 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Mac via Steam and the App Store, and GeForce NOW.
