New Super Robot Wars livestream on April 20 will include an SRW Y segment

Bandai Namco cancelled the Super Robot Wars livestream that was scheduled for today, due to the major earthquake and tsunami warnings that affected northeastern Japan during the day.

The company is now instead planning to publish the information that was originally slated to be revealed at the stream at a later date on the game series' official social media accounts.

Bandai Namco has revealed that they will hold a new Super Robot Wars Series Information Bureau livestream on Monday, April 20, at 20:00 JST (11:00 UTC). This stream is slated to have new information for not only the mobile game Super Robot Wars DD but also the latest console game Super Robot Wars Y.

The Super Robot Wars Y segment will run first in this stream, with Producer Kota Toma set to share the new information. The SRW DD mobile game will follow in the next segment with Producer Matsumoto in the helm.

For the record, the Season Pass for Super Robot Wars Y had already run its course with its two DLC packs released respectively last November and February. If there is to be any further new content, a hint may come from the preceding release of Super Robot Wars 30, which had an additional Expansion Pack revealed and released later than the Season Pass DLC packs.
