Shuten Order Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and Switch physical releases delayed by one week in North America

Spike Chunsoft has announced that the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch physical releases of Shuten Order in North America have been delayed by one week to April 30 due to ongoing global shipping disruptions.

This delay does not affect the European release handled by Reef Entertainment for Switch 2. The North American release will be available as a Switch 2 Edition (featuring the Switch game and the upgrade pack on a single game card) for $59.99 and also a Switch 1 physical release for $49.99. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. 

This delay does not affect the European release of the Nintendo Switch 2 physical edition, which remains scheduled for April 23, 2026.

In North America, PM Studios is distributing the physical editions of Shuten Order for Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. In Europe, REEF Entertainment Ltd. is distributing the physical edition exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2.
