Back to the Dawn releases for Nintendo Switch 1&2 on March 5, 2026
Clouded Leopard Entertainment has confirmed the full release date for the Nintendo Switch 1&2 releases of Back to the Dawn. The prison break RPG will be available on Nintendo's consoles simultaneously worldwide on March 5, 2026.
For the record, Back to the Dawn was first available for PC via Steam earlier this year after leaving Early Access on July 17. Other than Switch 1&2, Metal Head Games has also announced another console port for PlayStation 5, although the latter still does not have a more specific release date beyond the 2026 year window as of yet.
The game is available in Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), English, Japanese, and Korean. However, the upcoming console releases will notably add voiceovers in Chinese and Japanese. For the Japanese voiceovers, Clouded Leopard has revealed that the game's two protagonists, Thomas the Fox and Bob the Black Panther, will be respectively voiced by Shugo Nakamura and Yasuhiro Mamiya.
