If you buy the base game or are playing the base game via Game Pass, you can upgrade and access the Premium Edition content via the Premium Edition upgrade. This is priced at $29.99.

The Outer Worlds 2 pre-order bonus is Commander Zane’s Anti-Monopolistic Battle Pack at launch. This includes the Pet Ed Drone, Zane's Pistol & Dagger, and Zane's Uniform Armor set.

Once you've completed the full tutorial or first main mission and have woken up (I'm being vague to avoid spoilers), you will get a prompt in-game about the Consumerism perk which I got as a part of the Premium Edition. This is when you can access the other items in your inventory.

On Xbox, The Outer Worlds 2 Digital Artbook & Original Soundtrack will be available in your library as a separate app. It needs to be downloaded separately from the game. On Steam, if you own the Premium Edition, you will have an option to launch The Outer Worlds or The Outer Worlds 2 Digital Artbook & Original Soundtrack when you try launching the game.

I'll update this when we get release dates and more details for The Outer Worlds 2 Premium Edition story DLC. The Premium Upgrade and Premium Edition include the DLC Pass for 2 future story expansions.
